The Wilde Custom Gear Kitchen Sink Pouch is a heavy-duty MOLLE utility pouch designed to carry rifle magazines, a pistol magazine, medical gear, and a tourniquet in one compact, mission-ready platform.
Instead of dedicating valuable MOLLE space to separate magazine, medical, and utility pouches, the Kitchen Sink combines multiple functions into a single modular system. One side provides dedicated ammunition storage, while the opposite side provides a configurable medical and utility pouch for trauma supplies, tools, and other mission-essential equipment.
Depending on the selected variant, the magazine side is sized for:

These pouches are really well made. Worth the wait, just don't wait too long. Shits about here.
Im not aware of a handy pouch like this anywhere else and I like it very much. The design and stitching is as good as any other premium brand; the finished product is excellent.
My only criticisms of it is that the pouch is on the wrong side for ideal use. Id love to see an option to have the velcro pouch on the right, as that's where my blow out pouch is on other setups are.
Also, while I very much appreciate the elastic TQ holder on the bottom, theyre spaced out about 1" too far to reliably hold the tourniquet I prefer, the SOF-T wide. When the pouch conforms to the chest rig radius, theyre a bit too far away to reliably hold a TQ...but Ill work with it to see what I can do.
Lastly, the mag pouch is a little tight on the AK mag compared to the two mag, side by side pouch I also ordered. Its a bit difficult to stuff a magpul AK mag in there, but this might actually be beneficial for mag retention...its just a pain in the field to stuff a mag in there.
Ultimately, would I recommend this? I already have to two others. My criticisms should be taken as fine tuning a product as it is already a fine bit of kit. 100% would buy again and glad that I did the first time.
Used this as an IFAK and quick access to mags on the outside of my pack. Did exactly what I wanted it to and is made extremely well. Excellent use of space and the best quality.
